Tonight, January 28th, 2019, from my office room on the 47th floor of Menara BTPN, I’m writing this letter.
This is my second letter to you. The first one I sent when we were still together maybe you don’t remember anymore.

It’s been almost four years since we broke up.
I’ve been thinking a lot about why I still feel this way.
And honestly, the only reason is, I truly regret the decision I made back then.
The moment I said, “I’m sorry, we need to break up,” I thought I was being rational, like a Nobel Prize-winning thinker, spending countless nights overthinking everything.
But in the end, I still regret that decision deeply.

I know. I’ve seen. I’ve heard.
You’re happy now—with him.
I’m not jealous of that.

Since that black March, I’ve been in two relationships.
I dated U for three months, and my latest girlfriend, R, for five.
But no matter how hard I tried, something about you—your traits, your energy—always stayed in my mind.
I just wanted to feel the same connection I had with you, but I never could.
And to this day, I still don’t understand why.

The way you hugged me,
The way you kissed me,
The way you got angry at me
And all those little things you did...
So many memories.
Yes, so many because we were together for over two years.

In this final paragraph, I want to say thank you to G, the person who gave me your BBM pin.
If he hadn’t, maybe I would never have reconnected with my teenage love story.

Why do I call it a teenage love story?
Because you and I met when we were between 18 and 22 still young, still growing, still figuring life out.

Once again, thank you—
For being my everything back then.
For always giving me positive energy.
For accepting my treatment, even when it wasn’t always good.

I hope you stay grateful in life, and that you’re always blessed by God.
